How 365Agent handles personal data — with the transparency expected for payments via dLocal Go.

1. Controller

The data controller is TI3 Tecnologia e Servicos LTDA, tax ID 69.746.724/0001-85 (“365Agent”). Contact: contato@365agent.cloud · (38) 99746-3143.

This policy applies to 365agent.cloud, checkout registration, the signed-in area (/dashboard) and purchases of 365Agent digital products and services.

2. Data we collect

We may collect name, email, phone, tax ID, billing address, order details (plan, quantity, topic, notes), browsing data (cookies/analytics if allowed) and contact-form messages.

Payment data (such as cards) is collected and processed directly by dLocal Go on their secure checkout. 365Agent does not store full card numbers or CVV.

3. Purposes

We use data to perform the sale/service contract, charge for orders, provide support, grant access, meet legal duties and, with consent, measure site usage.

Payment processing is performed by dLocal Go as payment processor under their policy and applicable law.

4. Sharing

We share necessary data with dLocal Go to authorize and settle payments, and with infrastructure providers solely to operate the service.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention and rights

We keep data as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations, including order history in the signed-in area.
