Terms for using the website and contracting 365Agent services.
1. Who we are
Services are offered by TI3 Tecnologia e Servicos LTDA, tax ID 69.746.724/0001-85. Contact: contato@365agent.cloud · (38) 99746-3143.
365Agent sells digital/professional services: 365AgenteCRM, WhatsApp/Meta Cloud API, AI agents, transactional email, cloud (AWS and Google Cloud), VibeCode and Expert Consultant.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to contract for yourself or the company you represent.
Illegal, fraudulent use or use that violates applicable international sanctions is prohibited.
3. Orders and payments
Prices may be shown in BRL or USD, with name, amount and period/quantity visible before payment. Charges are processed by dLocal Go; available methods depend on account setup and payer country.
An order is paid only after dLocal Go confirmation. Chargebacks follow the payment method rules and our Refund Policy.
4. Service delivery
These are digital services (no physical shipping). Timing, access and post-payment contact are described in the Delivery Policy.
5. Account and dashboard
After purchase you may track orders in the signed-in area (/dashboard) using your registration email.
Access to contracted services is sent to the registration email after payment confirmation, as described in the Delivery Policy.
6. Intellectual property and liability
Site brands, copy, logos and software belong to 365Agent or licensors.
To the extent permitted by law, 365Agent liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed order.
